Instructions
1. Die cut pink cardstock with Stitched 10 Window Frame and white cardstock with Round Branch Window Die. Cut blue cardstock to 5 1/4 x 4 inches and white card base 5 3/4 x 9 inches. Also die cut Happy Birthday Ray on the white piece of cardstock. I then layered them all using 3D tape except for the lime patterned paper I glued straight behind the white.
2. Then I stamped, coloured, die cut and glittered the Flamingos and banner.
3. I then used 3D tape and created my scene. I also sprinkled and glued the snowflakes on.
