Instructions:
1. Trim a piece of Island cardstock to 7” by 7”. Using a scoreboard, score both ends of this square panel at ½”, then 1”. Fold like an accordion.
2. Cut a rectangle out from the centre of the folded Island cardstock. Here a UC rectangle nesting die was used, however you could trim this out with a ruler and blade.
3. Cut a strip of Bright and Beautiful paper to 3.5”x 7”. Glue it to the centre of a 5x7 white card base with the striped side facing up. Next, use strong glue to adhere the pop-up panel to the front of the card base as well. Hold it down securely to dry.
4. For the centre embellishment, take two floral semicircles from the Creative Cuts pack and join them together with glue. Next, layer a piece of Lace Doily and a Merry Christmas sentiment onto an Amethyst die cut circle (or hand cut), and adhere together. Use foam tape to give your card extra dimension.
5. Adhere the Merry Christmas floral embellishment to the front, putting glue on just the outer edges to ensure it only attaches to the pop-up panel. Take two pieces of the Lace Doilies and glue them on the inside panel of the card. One on either side of the centre embellishment.
6. Take two more floral creative cuts and adhere them to the top and bottom of the front panel with foam tape.
