Instructions
1. Die cut the frames die from white cardstock and adhere to card front with foam squares.
2. Copic colour the rainbow on a white panel. Cut down to size and adhere to card base with liquid adhesive.
3. Stamp the image with Memento Tuxedo black ink on Copic blending card and colour in. Die cut the image with coordinating die. Adhere to card with foam squares.
4. Add some sparkle to the balloons with stickles clear glitter.
5. Heat emboss the laser cut sentiment with WOW! Embossing Powder Primary Apple Red embossing powder and heat set to complete the card.
