HIDDEN POCKET CARD TUTORIAL - PAULA SAUNDERS

To recreate this fantastic hidden pocket card created by Design Team member Paula Saunders you can follow the steps below:

·         UCP3016 Starlit Garden 12x12” Paper
·         UCP3015 Glow 12x12” Paper
·         Foam Mounts Dots & Strips
·         12x12” White Cardstock

Card size: 10.5cm x 15cm  

Step 1:   
Trim a piece of white cardstock to measure 5 7/8 x 8 ¼”. Fold in half. This is your card base

Step 2:   
Trim a piece of the Glow UCP3015 paper to measure 5 5/8 x 3 7/8”. Adhere to the front of the card base. Make sure the fold is at the top. Trim a piece of the Starlit Garden UCP3016 paper to measure 3 ¼ x 5 5/8”. Adhere to the bottom part of your card base to make a pocket.

Step 3:
Find the left-over piece of Glow UCP3015 paper & trim to measure ½ x 5 5/8”. Adhere to the top of the pocket piece only, lining up the stripes the best you can.

Step 4:
Embellish your card front as shown in image 3. Use some foam dots to add dimension to some of the images.

Step 5:
Trim another piece of white cardstock to measure 3 x 4 ½”. Find the left over paper Starlit Garden UCP3016 & trim to measure 2 ¾ x 4 ¼”, adhere to the white piece

Step 6:
Trim another piece of the Glow UCP3015 paper to measure 1 ½ x 4 ¼”. Adhere to the bottom of this piece to make a pocket. You can put a gift card in this pocket
