Instructions 

Step 1 - Fold a piece of light blue card.  Cut a panel of white card.  

Step 2 - Cut a smaller white panel and die cut with Interlocking Scribble Circles - pop out the die and insert it back onto the white panel and glue to a piece of blue patterned paper (or sponge your own!).  Glue to the larger white panel and pop up on foam tape.

Step 3 - Stamp the flowers from Sending Love in grey ink, colour with Copics and die cut with the matching dies. 

Step 4 - Attach flowers as shown. Stamp the sentiment in black and trim to size and pop up on foam tape.  Finish with Crystal Rhinestones.
