Tim Holtz Distress® Collage Medium is a matte gel medium ideal for gluing, layering, and sealing mixed-media projects. Apply directly on porous or non-porous surfaces including paper, chipboard, wood, fabric, glass, metal and plastic. The applicator tip bottle is designed for applying to smaller elements. Drying time will vary depending on amount applied. Dries translucent with a matte finish.
