Shipping & Returns

We ship all our orders worldwide with Australia Post. You will receive full tracking so you can follow your order from the time it leaves our warehouse until it arrives at your door. Orders will require a signature on delivery, however, you can jump onto the Auspost App and update your delivery preference to 'leave in a safe location' at any time.  

We also offer FREE Local Pick-Up for South Australian customers. Orders may be collected from Modbury North Post Office, located​ in Clovercrest Shopping Centre, Shop 20/429 Montague Rd, Modbury SA 5092. Orders will be available to collect within 1 business day of shipping notice. Please ensure all orders are collected within 14 business days. Post office trading hours are as follows: 

Monday-Friday - 9:00am-5:00pm
Saturday - 9:00am-12:00pm
Sunday - Closed

All orders are shipped from our warehouse in South Australia. For international orders, duties and taxes may be charged by customs authorities in your country. Payment of these is the responsibility of the purchaser and not Uniquely Creative. Uniquely Creative is not responsible for any fees or charges incurred.

Returns

You are welcome to return or exchange your purchase anytime within 30 days of purchase (return postage is at your cost)

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
