    BIRDHOUSE BIRTHDAY CARD TUTORIAL - KIM TOMHOLT

    ·        Card Size: 10.5cm x 14.8cm (UC rectangle card)

     

    Step 1:   
    Cut 10.5cm x 14.8cm from Beautiful Rituals (Reverse) and adhere to card base

    Cut 10cm x 14.3cm from Moments of Stillness (Reverse).  Ink edges with Bundled Sage Distress Oxide Ink (optional) – See image 1.  Adhere to card in centre.

    .        Step 2:   
    Die cut scallop frame from Afternoon Breeze (Reverse) using Scalloped Die from Stitched Rounded Corner die set and ink edges with Iced Spruce Ink (optional) – See image 2.  Place in centre of card adhering with foam mounts.

    Step 3:
    Adhere frame embellishment from creative cuts.

    Also from creative cuts, pop birdhouse and bird up on foam mounts to give dimension – See image 3

    Step 4:
    Finally, attach branding strip from Garden Sanctuary and Happy Birthday embellishment direct to the card, followed by 2 hearts and bows as shown using foam mounts on solid green bow – See image 4
