- Cut a base 6 x 9½ white, black 5 7/8 x 4 5/8, patterned 3 6/8 x 5 ½. I then 3D taped each layer to the base, coloured all my images and stamped a sentiment. I then 3D layered the black and green to the base.
2. Next I cut patterned paper and velum 4 1/8 x 5 ½ and die cut a black Oriental Screen.
I also cut the flowers out of the squares on the Screen.
- I then layered them on angles.
- I then placed images and sequins on the card and it is completed.
